Sterilization Test<\/h2>\n <\/div>\n

Is it possible to let us know what deformation happened during sterilize by high-pressure steam? And we also want to examine the method of sterilization by heat for minimize deformation of product.<\/dt>\n
We have a testing machine at the sterilization evaluation and testing center (Chikuma-shi, Nagano). Sterilization cycle is different depending on shape, size and packaging of sterilized product. We have a testing machine which is available to\n set a program of sterilization cycle and drying cycle and that has a window to observe sterilization condition. We can find the best sterilization cycle according to the customer needs. If you want to test, please contact us to the following.

We have held seminars about validation of sterilization three times a year. The time and places are Tokyo (around Sep.), Osaka (around Feb.)and Nagano (around May). Relevant information will be posted on our web site.

Can you carry out the performance inspection and maintenance of high-pressure steam sterilizer ?<\/dt>\n
Please leave us the performance inspection and maintenance of the sterilizer. Our high-pressure steam sterilizer is applied to\u300c1st class pressure vessel\u300daccording to the “Boiler and Pressure Vessel Safety Regulations of Ministry of Health, Labor\n and Welfare.”\n
For 1st class pressure vessels of a certain size or larger, maintenance work must be carried out by a boiler maintenance technician. [(Restriction on Working) Refer to the article 70] It is clearly stated.\n
